JS Van Hire Chorley – Win a Free Van Hire Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • This competition is open to UK residents aged 21 and over.

  • Entrants must hold a full, valid UK driving licence with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience.

  • Employees of JS Van Hire Chorley and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must:

    • Like our official Facebook or Instagram post

    • Share the competition post publicly

    • Follow our page

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

  • Entries must be completed before the competition closing date.

3. Competition Period

  • The competition opens on 21st July 2025 and closes on 4th August 2025.

  • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. The Prize

  • One winner will receive a 1-day free van hire (any van category).

  • The free hire must be used within 6 months of the winner being announced.

  • Vehicle availability and standard rental requirements apply.

  • A refundable security deposit may still be required depending on insurance eligibility and driving record.

5. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages within 7 days of the closing date.

  • The winner must claim their prize within 28 days of being contacted, or we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

  • The winner does not have to be the driver, they can nominate someone else to drive on their behalf.

  • Only 1 driver is permitted, any extra drivers will be at an additional cost.

  • All standard JS Van Hire Chorley rental terms and insurance conditions apply.

  • JS Van Hire Chorley reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected for this promotion will only be used to administer the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
